Who you are buying from

MFL Satchel is the trading name of Omar Diallo-Ouedraogo, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Business postal address: 14 Felbrigg Close, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 8UL, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@mflsatchel.com. The business is not VAT registered.

Resources and licences

Check the language, module, unit, file format and included content on each product page. Select Individual Teacher or Department / Whole School, one site. Buying a lesson and a bundle that contains it does not give extra content for that lesson. Check the contents to avoid duplicate purchases. Our resources are independent materials and are not endorsed by Pearson. The resource licence forms part of these terms.

Where we sell

At launch, paid orders are available to customers located in the United Kingdom only. International sales are planned for a later stage after the relevant tax and checkout arrangements have been completed. Free samples remain available without purchase.

Prices, payment and your order

The store’s base currency is GBP (£). The final amount and currency are shown before payment. No shipping charge applies to digital resources. The UK business is not VAT registered; no UK VAT is added by the seller. Any applicable charges must be shown before you commit to pay. Orders and customer support are handled in English.

Select a licence, add the resource to your basket, review quantities and prices, enter your details and pay. You can correct your selection in the basket before payment. Your contract is accepted when successful payment is confirmed and the resources are made available, with confirmation sent by email. Contact us promptly if an order or price appears incorrect; statutory rights are unaffected.

Delivery and compatibility

ZIP packages contain the resources described on the product page and are supplied electronically after successful payment. You need internet access to download and suitable software to open the files. Desktop PowerPoint and Slide Show mode are recommended for editable lessons and audio. Read the delivery and refunds policy before ordering.

Immediate downloads and consumer rights

For immediate digital supply, checkout asks you to request supply during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that the cancellation right ends when supply begins. That choice does not remove your rights if content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails applicable legal standards. School and business purchases may have different statutory cancellation rights. We do not exclude rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Support and complaints

Email hello@mflsatchel.com with your order number and the issue. We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply where relevant.
